How to set up:
1. Open "System Preferences"
2. Click "International"
3. Click "Input Menu"
4. Click the box beside "Kotoeri" to select (a check mark will appear in the box when selected)
5. Click the boxes beside "Hiragana," "Katakana" and "Romaji" to select
6. Click the box beside "Show input menu in menu bar" to select
7. Close "System Preferences"
How to Use:
You should now see a small American flag icon in the menu bar at the top right of your screen. Click the flag to open a drop-down menu to select one of the Japanese input methods. To return to English, click the icon and select the flag menu.
