もし更新できるようならば、旅行がてらそちらに行って更新手続きしようと思っていますが、出来ないようならちょっと考えようと思っているのです。
電気さんは永住権を持っていらっしゃるけれど、持っていない私が同じように手続きできないのではないかと心配しています。
▼電気さん：
>1.Card will expire in less than one year and has not been expired for more than two years.
>2.Last renewal was in person at a Texas Driver License office.
>3.Between 18 and 79 years of age.
>4.Cannot have a Class A or B driver license, or a commercial
>driver license.
>5.Vision, physical, or mental condition has not changed in a way that
>affects ability to operate a motor vehicle.
>6.Not currently suspended or have outstanding traffic tickets or warrants.
>7.US citizen or lawful permanent resident.
>8.Social Security number on file with the Department
