First of all, I am very thankful for your attention to our bakery.
1) Credit card charge
It is the credit card companies who are placing a pending on our sales. This then causes the price to become higher than what we charged. The sales should return to the original price which we charged after a week has passed. We are unable to do anything because the credit card companies are in charge of this. If the money is over-charged, please feel free to come back to the bakery. I will be willing to show the proof of how much our bakery charges on our computer.
2) Reason for the manager being unavailable
I was on a business trip to Dallas for 2 months. Sorry for the late response.
I have been speaking to the corporate office in LA. I have told the credit card companies about the problem. I hope this problem will not occur again. But I do not know when they will fix it. This has happened with over 100 customers already. And it has always changed back to the original amount charged.
Also, I do not touch any of the tips. The tips are for my cashiers and shift leaders to manage. Please let me know if you have any questions about our bakery.

3) Melon Bun
I have informed the Head Quarters to remake melon bun for around half a year. Because this is owned by the company, my request to remake melon bun takes a long process for the people in the Head Quarter to take action.
I will do my best to make melon bun available for sale once more.
