お友達で2階建の一軒屋の2階の部屋を借りてくれる方を探しています。

I am looking for 2 roommates in a professional field to share my beautiful home. It’s a 2 storage house with master downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs. Your bathroom will be a shared. Roommate must be clean, respectful, love dog and drama free. I prefer no guest but the can be negotiated (no overnight guest what so ever). There is a $100 security deposit that is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Location:
Located in Jersey Village area, 1 min to Beltway 8 ( Fallbrook Exit ) & 5 mins to HWY 290
One block away from all restaurant & gym
Home amenities:
1st one has furniture – queen size bedroom set ( large dresser and night stand ), 2nd one is empty with attic ( hardwood floor with window, like game room ).
Cable/ internet (Comcast)
Washer/dryer
Driveway or street parking
Month-month rental (must give a 30 day notice)
Utilities included
Shared upstairs bathroom, kitchen, living room and yard.
No cats (dog is negotiated, extra fund might needed )
No drug, no smoking
