メディカルセンターエリアに急遽、住む予定がある方もしくは引越を考えていらっしゃる方を探しています。
2 Bed, 2 bath, 食器洗浄機、電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、オーブンストーブ、フルサイズ洗濯機、乾燥機付きです。
ジム、エンターテイメントルーム（大型テレビ、ビリヤードテーブルがあります）、プールもあります。駐車場はゲートキーで管理されており、屋根付き（ビルの下）なので、雨風によるダメージの心配はありません。夜間はセキュリティもいます。
小学校の学区はロバーツエレメンタリースクールです。
家賃は＄１５５０です。（２００３年築）ゴミ収集の料金も含まれています。水道代は毎月２０ドルです。
非常に治安が良い場所なので、夕方など、散歩やランニングをされている方をよくみかけます。

Assigned covered gated parking and security guard.
Rent : 1550/mo include trash included. $20 of water. (built in 2003)
It is very safe area, we often see peoples who are dog walking, running or bike riding around sunset or early morning in the neighborhood.
