>Software Skills:

>- EXCEL
>- WORD
>- some knowledge of POWER POINT
>- nice to have but not required: MS ACCESS, QUICKBOOKS

> Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
>- Statistical Analysis
> - Metadata (excel and xml files)
> - Schedule and Follow up on Production Deadlines
> - Generate configuration files
> - Update mobile phone company monthly launch list
> - Web schedules
> - Monthly promotional priorities
> - Coordinate artwork needs
> - Scheduling
> - Monthly reporting statements
> - Shipping

> Basic skills:
> - Keen attention to detail
> - Comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets
> - Ability to multi-task
> - Good time management skills/highly organized
> - Proficient with Microsoft Office
>- Typing speed at least 60 words per minute or faster

>Work schedule is Monday ~ Friday, 9:00am ~ 6:00pm daily with a 1 hour lunch break under usual conditions. Some overtime may be required in a deadline situation.
